Happy new year to you, Heather! Sounds like a peaceful holiday. Cat bite fever is a thing so I’m so glad to read it’s better!

Thank you for that lovely article. hope your bite has healed since you wrote this. I've started leaving my phone downstairs and avoiding it so I don't get sucked into social media. I do chair yoga with hubby almost every morning and I enjoy my walk with the dogs outside. I'm hoping for a year with more reading less screen time.

Thank you Lydia ! yes with the help of modern medicine (antibiotics) it is completely healed. Oh those piercing cat bites -It became infected almost immediately ..even with a rapid and attentive cleansing /polysporin!

Good for you both re chair yoga -and morning walks! And screen time reduction can only be a good plan ;-)

HI Heather, Nuturing my soul and creativity this year: chair yoga, learning to bake bread, daily walks while my mind wanders, bought a new sketchbook for The Jetpack Club, better gardening plans and more reading! And funny about your Greenpeace list, I have wondered about an entire "buy nothing" year, just the essentials. I think I can do it! Merry Christmas! All the best for a wonderful creative New Year!
